Possiamo fornire a richiesta barre di ferro tondo zincato a misura con tagli retti a 90° e inclinati a 45°. A richiesta per quantitativi da convenire, anche importanti, possiamo fornire fino alla lunghezza di 6 mt con trasporti in tutta Italia da preventivare al momento.
Il profilo tondo zincato è una ottima scelta, per la sua resistenza alla corrosione e alla ruggine perchè rivestito di zinco a caldo dura nel tempo in ambenti normali per almeno 50 anni e in ambienti corrosivi 20/25 anni. Largamente adoperato per la sua robustezza strutturale, facilità di lavorazione, economicità del materiale, rispetto ad altri materiali come l’acciaio inossidabile o l’alluminio.
Il ferro tondo zincato è tra i materiali più utilizzati e diffusi, per via della sue qualità, fisiche, chimiche e meccaniche: facile lavorazione, malleabilità, saldabilità, taglio, foratura, economicità, leggerezza, resistenza, rigidità, che gli da una forza che lo rende un materiale principalmente adoperato nella carpenteria metallica, nell’edilizia, come anche nella costruzioni di macchinari è per la costruzione di strutture portanti e non solo, quali telai, staffe, pannelli di recinzioni, scale, ringhiere, balaustre, cancelli, grate di sicurezza, protezioni, supporti, ecc.
Il materiale è prodotto tramite laminazione a caldo e poi immerso in vasche di zinco.
